His background spans deep technology, financial structuring, and large-scale program execution. He has led initiatives across AI systems, spatial computing, semiconductor ecosystems, and energy platforms, operating across both technical and commercial layers simultaneously.
As Director of Trexaa, he oversees multi vertical deep technology development, including proprietary platform architecture, cross regional deployment strategies, and sovereign aligned technology initiatives. His work includes structuring international partnerships, enabling technology transfer, and driving execution across emerging markets.
In parallel, his experience as a Chief Financial Officer and operator across multiple ventures brings strong financial and strategic grounding. He has led investment structuring, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and corporate restructuring, ensuring that execution is aligned with capital efficiency and long-term scalability.
