About
Structures capital, scales narrative, and drives the economics behind venture growth.
Nisha operates at the intersection of capital, markets, and company building. She leads finance, investment strategy, and capital pathways at IAP Capital Ventures, shaping how companies are positioned, funded, and scaled across regions.
A CFA by training and former banker, she brings strong financial discipline into venture building, structuring investment pathways, capital deployment strategies, and long-term value creation models across the platform. Her work focuses on aligning capital with execution, ensuring that growth is both scalable and economically grounded.
Her experience extends beyond finance into global brand and market execution. She has led strategic marketing initiatives for companies including Netflix, Porsche, Chanel, and Unilever. As Regional Media Director at Havas Singapore, she managed over USD 70 million in media investments, translating capital into measurable market impact across multiple geographies.
Nisha is also a venture builder. She is the co-founder of Webbles.ai and Trexaa, where she plays a central role in shaping product positioning, capital strategy, and growth architecture across both platforms. She previously co-founded Skill Space in New Zealand and continues to advise companies on finance, branding, and digital strategy, bridging financial architecture with real-world execution.
Her interests extend into digital healthcare, where she brings a cross-disciplinary perspective combining finance, technology, and system design. As a doctoral scholar at Auckland University of Technology, her research deepens her focus on healthcare transformation, digital ecosystems, and scalable service innovation.
At IAP, she leads the full capital lifecycle from structuring and investment strategy to positioning companies for scale, partnerships, and institutional engagement across Asia Pacific and MENA.
Capital is only powerful when it is structured, positioned, and deployed with intent.
